He presently divides his time between civil defense litigation (allegations of commercial liability; premises liability due to negligence, third party criminal conduct and/or intentional torts; negligent hiring and supervision; products liability; and wrongful termination), insurance coverage (allegations of bad faith; absence of duty to defend and/or indemnify insured due to lack of coverage; and actions for contribution, subrogation and declaratory relief), and other legal matters (allegations of copyright infringement; professional malpractice; and actions for breach of contract). Robert represents a diverse array of individuals and businesses, including restaurants, bars, nightclubs, commercial properties, residential apartment complexes, medical groups, motion picture distribution companies, and PR companies.
