Summary:
Jason joined Daniels, Fine, Israrel, Schonbuch & Lebovits as an associate in 2000. Prior to moving to Southern California, Jason represented teachers and education professionals on behalf of the Alabama Education Association and the National Education Association in personal injury and civil rights lawsuits in both state and federal court. In addition to numerous bench and jury trials, Jason has briefed and argued several appeals to the United States Court of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit and the Alabama Court of Appeals. Jason is a trial attorney with Daniels, Fine, Israrel, Schonbuch & Lebovits and represents both plaintiffs and defendants primarily in cases involving catastrophic bodily injury. He has successfully prosecuted and defended cases on behalf of the firm’s clients including a recent jury trial verdict against Playboy Enterprises for assault and battery Jason works pro bono adoptions through the Alliance for Children's Rights. He also devotes his time to speak to youths exiting the foster care system and transitioning to independent living.

Jason enjoys playing golf, lifting weights and is an avid sports fan. Jason is also a food and wine enthusiast and enjoys preparing Italian and continental cuisine.
