Erin joined Daniels, Fine, Israel & Schonbuch, LLP as a law clerk in 1993. Erin's practice predominantly focuses upon insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, as well as appellate matters. The majority of her currently pending cases involve 1st party property and casualty disputes, construction defect coverage, SIU/fraud claims, Business and Professions Code section 17200 actions, and equitable contribution/subrogation actions between carriers. Erin predominately represents insurance companies, but she also has a background in insurance defense matters representing insureds.
